Clementino Hybrid Oven

Clementino Hybrid is the portable gas pizza oven. The characteristics of a big Clementi oven concentrated in a few centimeters.
It can also be used with wood.

With Clementino you can cook pizza like in a restaurant. Your Italian pizza party will be very quick to organize with super quick cooking times, 2 minutes for each pizza.

Not only pizza
You cab cook also bread, vegetable dishes, roast or slow cook meat and fish.

Clementino is perfect for your terrace or your garden.

How does it work

1. Connect Clementino to the gas bottle
2. Remove the flap, turn the knob and press the power button.
3. Close the door and wait 15 minutes for it to warm up
4. Bake the pizza
5. Enjoy your pizzas with friends and family!

The oven is compatible with both LPG and methane. Just change the nozzle and you're done!

Wood cooking
You can cook in the same oven with wood. Choose your favourite cooking methods.

The difference in details

• The burner has a power of 7 kw.
• The cooking chamber is made of 3 cm refractory stone certified for food use.
• 3 cm rockwool insulation between the cooking chamber and roof to avoid heat dispersion.
